Come join the kids of St. Philip for a week of learning about the feasts we celebrate in the Orthodox church!
Each day will begin with a large group gathering, and then we will break off into age-level groups to rotate through various stations, including Bible, Music, Crafts, Snacks, and Games.
Please look over the following volunteer opportunities and let us know where you’d be able to help.
❖ Class Leader or Helper (no prep required)
❖ Station Leaders: Games, Crafts. Snack, and Bible (some advance prep)
❖ Station Helpers
❖ Other–Even if you can’t be present for VCS, we could still use help behind the scenes with planning and with snack donations.
Any adult over age 18 who will be working directly with children will need to have volunteer clearances on file in the church office. If you need help with this, please see Kate Gohl.
Volunteers will also be asked to attend a meeting on July 19 during coffee hour. At this time we will review the curriculum materials and responsibilities for all volunteers.
If you are able to help in any of the above capacities, please contact Kate Gohl at kategohl@gmail.com or 215-694-8169 with your preference and availability.
Thank you in advance!
